The show Titizé has surpassed 110,000 attendees with 224 performances in less than two years: a journey that began in the summer of 2024 and has grown with each performance, featuring consecutive sell-outs, international tours, and prestigious engagements at major European theaters.
The international tour of Latin America has just concluded, and the first stop, Cancún, was an extraordinary success, enchanting nearly 10,000 audience members over 18 consecutive performances.
It was during the performances in Cancún that Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa and the mayor of the Benito Juárez municipality, Ana Paty Peralta de la Peña, presided over the unveiling ceremony for the commemorative plaque dedicated to the show’s successful run.
During the event—which was also attended by the honorary president of the DIF Quintana Roo, Verónica Lezama, and the general director of the Institute of Culture and the Arts of the Benito Juárez municipality, Sergio Carlos López Jiménez—the show’s great success was highlighted, noting the incredible number of spectators it attracted.
Written and directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, with music by Maria Bonzanigo, set design by Hugo Gargiulo and Matteo Verlicchi, costumes by Giovanna Buzzie, and Antonio Vergamini as producer, TITIZÉ continues to thrill audiences with its poetic and visionary language.
Building on its success in Cancún, Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, and Mexico City, the show is now preparing to continue its journey by returning to the city where it all began—Venice—where it will run for most of September.
“This show, directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, has established itself as a unique theatrical experience that blends acrobatics, clowning, and visual poetry into a dreamlike universe inspired by Venice. With a refined aesthetic and deeply expressive body language, the production invites audiences of all ages to immerse themselves in a sensory narrative where imagination takes center stage.”—
