On 15 May 2024, Switzerland’s first multi-sensory experience opened its doors to the public in the new wing of Mendrisio’s Fox Town, offering a unique and unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages.

Born from Silvio Tarchini’s visionary dream, the project was developed by Compagnia Finzi Pasca in collaboration with Professor Luca Gambardella, with the creation of an immersive, digital and modern space where art and technology come together in a harmonious union where ‘nothing is as it seems’.

The route, for a total of 350 square metres of interactive exhibition space, consists of 6 multi-sensory rooms with immersive installations:the Tunnel of Light, The Hall of the Upside Down World, the Infinity Room, the House of the Fox, The OLTRE Room, the Enchanted Forest.

In the first five months since its opening, The Sense Gallery has already boasted over 11,000 visitors, and multimedia and installation content updates are periodically planned to ensure an ever-renewed experience.
