The Cirque du Soleil show\u00a0Corteo<\/em>\u00a0is approaching a historic milestone: twenty years of touring around the world.
It was on April 21, 2005, under the Grand Chapiteau in Montreal, that\u00a0Corteo<\/em>\u00a0took flight. In the months leading up to the premiere, an international team of 150 people worked together, including Daniele Finzi Pasca (creator and director), Maria Bonzanigo (composer and musical director alongside Philippe Leduc and Jean-Fran\u00e7ois C\u00f4t\u00e9), Hugo Gargiulo and Antonio Vergamini (acting coaches), and Marco Finzi (assistant director) \u2014 all members of Compagnia Finzi Pasca.<\/p>\n

Since that day,\u00a0Corteo<\/em>\u00a0has captivated over 12 million spectators across 30 countries on 4 continents, first under the big top and now in some of the most prestigious arenas in the world.

The 20th anniversary will be celebrated in La Coru\u00f1a, and the tour will continue with new stops in Spain, France, and Germany.<\/p>\n
